Lismore Estate Vineyards, nestled in the foothills of the dramatic mountain range in South Africa, is where Californian-born owner and winemaker Samantha O'Keefe has discovered both paradise and the ideal terroir. With vines planted at 300 meters and a distinctive cool-climate environment shaped by extreme temperature shifts, Lismore crafts rich, complex, and meticulously handcrafted wines that embody a true sense of place. As the pioneer of the "Greyton" Wine of Origin designation, Lismore is celebrated for its exceptional terroir and the unique story told in every bottle.

Barrel fermentation and extended lees contact contribute to this full bodied, elegant and well balanced wine.  Floral notes of passion flower and fynbos, granadilla, guava, gooseberry and green fig on the palate along with an underlying minerality which gives this unique terroir driven wine its signature.

Francisco Baettig and Carlos de Carlos cut their teeth in the wine industry as part of the well known Errázuriz operation, where they worked together for many years. Inspired by their mutual love of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, the talented enologist and savvy businessman branched out to create Vinos Baettig. Produced in small batches and sold as limited editions to selected buyers, their wines have swiftly become some of the most interesting & highly lauded among the emerging talents of Chile.

This Selección de Parcelas was made with Chardonnay grapes grown in Malleco, in the appellation of Traiguén. Malleco is a land of wild forests, beautiful lakes, active volcanoes and abundant rain in southern Chilean. The name Los Primos (the cousins) refers to the closeness of style and quality of the vineyard parcels (named Triángulo and Llaima) that give rise to this wine.

Aromatic and highly complex with notes of pear, apricot, nougat & acacia subtly underscored by whiffs of honeyed wax and sliced almonds & walnuts. The palate is deep and reveals elegant weight with a creamy texture. Abounding with flavours of golden apple, passion fruit, honey, hay and sweet spices, the body and density are harmoniously balanced by the acidity. This is fresh, lively and tense, with a long finish and great aging potential.

Enhance the creamy texture of this wine by pairing along side seafood risotto or semi-soft, aged cheeses.

Winemaker and co-founder Rob Cameron has a colourful winemaking background – learning his craft in unique destinations such as Cyprus, Bulgaria and Hungary before moving on to France, Spain and Italy. For him, the Invivo range is all about taking some of the elegance from the old world and putting that style into amazing grapes, all the while offering wines that are fun and a bit unique.

The nose of this Pinot Gris is vibrant, brimming with ripe pears and subtle hints of candied citrus. The palate follows suit with flavours of crunchy peach and apricot, complemented by delicate white floral notes and a soft, silky texture. This style offers an elegant drinkability, with a well-balanced profile that leads into a clean, crisp finish.

Proudly family owned, the Borthwick vineyard is an established vineyard situated in Gladstone, the heart of the Wairarapa. Producing quality wine for over a decade, Paddy, an experienced wine maker, has gained a reputation for producing consistently great wines. The twenty seven hectares of vines bordering the Ruamahunga River are growing on stony, free draining, alluvial soils, with a micro climate giving warm daily temperatures, cool nights and low rainfall; perfect conditions for producing distinctive, quality wines.

Perfumed aromas of apricots, nectarines and green pears. A rich mid-palate displaying mild oak influence. The wine finishes dry and crisp with lingering hints of warming spice.

The gentle acidity and marked fruitiness of a well balanced Pinot Gris perfectly complements roast pork with a stewed pear sauce. This will also compliment creamy pastas, poultry and seafood.

Cordero San Giorgio is a new beginning in Oltrépo-Pavese for three siblings who grew up surrounded by their family’s vines at the legendary Vietti Estate in Castiglione Falletto in Barolo. The siblings Francesco, Lorenzo, and Caterina Cordero, are grandchildren of Luciana Vietti & Alfredo Currado, one of the pioneers of the first Barolo crus and considered the “father of Arneis.” Their father is Mario Cordero, Alfredo and Luciana’s son-in-law, who was the company’s co-owner from the beginning of the ‘80s until 2016 when it was sold.

The Oltrepò Pavese is a hilly triangle of land in Lombardy, embraced by Piedmont, Liguria, and Emilia-Romagna. A territory dedicated to the cultivation of vines and the culture of wine for centuries: a land of both cultural and gastronomic encounter and exchange. Cordero San Giorgio is in the town of Santa Giuletta, and focuses on working with Pinot Nero, Pinot Grigio and Chardonnay.

This is a fresh and balanced Pinot Grigio, which maintains the intrinsic finesse of the grape variety with a vibrant, well-balanced acidity. This Pinot Grigio is made from grapes grown in the localitá of Rocca de' Giorgi, at 400 meters above sea level, amidst valleys covered by forests, steep slopes and thick ridges.

Made in stainless steel, this outstanding Pinot Grigio has a pale straw yellow colour with green hues, on the nose, it is fresh floral with fruity aromas of pear, apple, and jasmine. A dry, medium-bodied white wine, with marked crispy acidity. On the palate, it is fresh, well balanced, with a pleasant lingering finish.

Ideal as an aperitif and in combination with fish appetizers and white meats, such as poultry. A good pairing for salads, light and pureed soups, and fish first courses.

At the southerly point of Africa along the Cape South Coast, Elgin stands out as the coolest region for wine production. Situated 450 meters above sea level on the southern ridge overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, lies Iona vineyards, surrounded by the UNESCO-certified Kogelberg Biosphere. Here, a unique microclimate is shaped by the close proximity to the freezing Atlantic Ocean and rapid altitude rise. Misty clouds shield the vineyards from intense sun exposure, filtering the sunlight to promote slow ripening. This results in grapes with perfect acidity, moderate alcohol, and beautifully developed flavours.

Iona's vineyards are meticulously tended by hand using organic and biodynamic methods, prioritizing soil health and integrated pest management. This philosophy extends to their cellar practices, where minimal intervention is required thanks to the exceptional quality of their fruit.

Stylish and Burgundian with bright citrus, white stone fruit, oyster shell minerality and a hint of brioche. The purity of fruit combined with well-judged oak and bright fresh acidity result in a wine that is layered and complex with a lingering finish.

A great match with seafood based dishes - serve alongside Sea Bass with Beurre Blanc or seared scallops. 

Honeysuckle & Minerality

RR81 stands for 'Regional Road 81' - the road The Farm sits on, and a main artery through wine country. The RR81 approach to winemaking is simply fermented grapes with nothing added. One-off wines sourced from some of the best single vineyards in Niagara. These wines are made in the barn at The Farm with minimal intervention (just a few bins and an old basket press). The result equals some of the best, and most unique, wines coming out of Niagara.

Naturally fermented, unfined and unfiltered. The grapes were handpicked on October 5th, and fermented with whole cluster. It was then pressed into neutral French oak barrels and aged on primary lees. Only 4 barrels made.

Drinks like an early spring day, with swirling aromas of honeysuckle, sweet corn and fresh herbs intermingling in the sunshine. The nose is alluringly mineral, greeting you with an unapologetic ode to limestone.

Herzog's estate stands as a true artisanal winery, where a holistic approach to farming isn't just a concept but a way of life. Every aspect of the winemaking process is meticulously overseen by Hans himself, supported by his equally passionate wife and collaborator, Therese. Together, they exemplify a relentless pursuit of quality and perfection in every bottle.

Exquisitely complex and tremendously concentrated, revealing a satin texture and compelling aromas of stone fruits and citrus zest underpinned by delicate florals and spices. The palate shows great depth of flavour along with a satisfyingly rounded feel imparted from the wine's delicate barrel maturation. This wine is a white varietal crafted from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, with zero skin contact to preserve its crisp characteristics. Displaying a pale peach hue, the bouquet presents aromas of baking spice, maraschino cherry, and nectarine. The palate showcases a lean and light mouthfeel, with a prominent expression of baking spice and uplifting minerality. Fermented in neutral oak barrels for five months, this wine underwent full malolactic fermentation, resulting in a refined and balanced finish.

Lighthall Vineyards is a small, proud, low volume and high quality winery located in enchanting Prince Edward County, Ontario, Canada. All their wines are produced in a non-interventionist manner and fuelled by passion as hearty as our vines. They also make cheese, designed to pair with their wines.

One of Lighthall's most aromatic wines, this off-dry Riesling is bursting with kiwi, starfruit, nectarine, and a lovely bouquet of white flowers. The classic Jolly-Rancher and crisp green apple punch follows through on the palate with vivacious acidity. Pairs
excellently with spicy south-Asian cuisine, curries, and tacos.

With the little touch of residual sugar in the wine, it makes a great match for foods
with a bit of heat. Spicy curries, Guaitiao (Thai noodle soup), Shrimp with noodles,
or Chicken Masala with mango chutney for example. Leaner white fish like bass,
pickerel, red snapper served with a fresh salad of greens with citrus segments makes a
great summertime match. Creamy fresh cheeses like Brie, Camembert, or Crottin all

This crushable summer-sipper is a blend of 43% Gewürztraminer, 43% Riesling and 14% Pinot Gris. The nose shows soft citrus, with a grapefruit focus. The palate is very clean with very approachable lemon and grapefruit flavours. It's an off-dry white, perfect to pair with aperitifs and spicy Thai cuisine.

The “Geekiness” continues to rise in this wine. An experiment in lees aging, this riesling ages 22 months on all the lees collected from all the white wine fermentations since vintage 2014.   Reductive notes of flint and mineral frame all the beautiful stone fruit and classic Riesling notes.   It has a wonderfully rich and creamy texture balanced by a distinct freshness. It is practically immortal and should age beautifully for the next decade and well beyond.

Creamy & Mineral

Husband and wife duo Ilya and Nadia started Leaning Post winery in Niagara over 10 years ago. Initially a virtual set up, the winery now located on Highway 8, has become a reference producer in Niagara.

Hand-picked and hand-sorted on September 15th, the grapes were gently whole-cluster pressed, and allowed to settle in tanks for several days prior to fermentation. The juice of Clone 96 was racked into barrels (2 puncheons; 2 barriques) for spontaneous alcoholic and malolactic fermentation, then aged in barrel for 18 months. After skillfully selecting the best barrel combination to highlight the unique characteristics of the clone, the 2020 Clone 96 Chardonnay was allowed to naturally settle before being bottled in June 2022.

This wine has incredible depth on the nose the evolves slowly, keeping interest as it unfolds. Tropical fruits like pineapple and mango lead to toasted almond and a sprinkle of sea salt.The palate has a rich and creamy texture followed by a delightful saline quality, the perfect balance of richness and brightness. The wet stone/mineral base is wrapped with lime zest and lemon curd with backing flavours of vanilla, cardamom, and cinnamon.The finish just goes on and on showing why this is a truly outstanding example of Senchuk Vineyard!

Pair with poached salmon with a buttery sauce, chicken, pork or pasta in a creamy sauce pair stunningly with this wine.

Zesty & Mineral

The 2019 Riesling is the epitome of what makes bench Riesling great. The nose explodes with beautiful lemon-rind, lime-leaf, nectarine, nutmeg, and honeysuckle aromas. Those flavours continue on the palate while adding green apple, honeycomb, cumin, white lilac and the distinctive chalky minerality of the Twenty Mile Bench. There is unusual weight and texture here, with a mouth-filling sensation that is not very common in Riesling. As the wine sweeps across the palate towards the finish, a bright green leafiness and flinty/gravelly appear in waves, leading to an amazing, crunchy finish. The wine will age well for the next decade.

Rieslings are great to pair with spicy Indian and Asian cuisines and do excellently alongside duck, pork, bacon, shrimp and crab.
