Following the phenomenal global success of Invivo X, SJP Sauvignon Blanc, Sarah Jessica Parker and Invivo co-founders Tim Lightbourne and Rob Cameron present their 2023 vintage. Sarah Jessica recently sat down to an interview with Wine Spectator where she discusses the collaboration with Invivo, her go to varietals and becoming a wine lover! 

Aromas of lifted, ripe tropical fruit among a mingling of citrus peel, with some exotic guava in the background. The delicate oak influence underpins the fruit on the nose and in the palate gives an immediate softness and accessibility. This swiftly fills the mouth and the balanced acid structure emerges through the folds of supple savoury and sweet fruit characters. The finish is long and delicious.

Pair this delicious and fashionable Sauvvy B. with oysters, baked or smoked salmon, Korean spicy beef or a rich blue cheese and caramelized onion tart. Not hungry? Enjoy a few glasses (or the bottle!) while watching the new Sex and the City reboot - And Just Like That.

Light & Fruity

The Hager's winery consists of 13ha of vineyards in and around the small wine-growing village of Mollands in the Kamptal region of Austria. The strength of this family business is its soil diversity. Loess, clay and different kinds of primary rock (mica schist, gneiss, etc.) can be found in the northern part of the region. Since 2006, the winery has been working according to the biodynamic guidelines of the Demeter Association. Matthias' philosophy is that nature is a sophisticated system which is to be explored and it has it's own unique self-regulating power that can be used for viniculture.

Zweigelt is a hybrid vine between St.Laurent and Blaufränkisch and today, it is considered to be one of the most important red grapes in Austria. The Blauburger vine is also a hybrid made from Blauer Portugieser and Blaufränkisch.  This wine combines these two hybrids into one easy-drinking, delicious red. The cool influence of the Waldviertel winds make this wine light and pleasant with beautiful cherry fruit and a velvety finish. 

Easy to drink on its own, but also goes perfectly with pasta dishes and light cuisine with tomatoes.

Bright & Fruity

Led by wine and cheesemaker Glenn Symons, Lighthall Vineyards is proud to make products that reflect the unique qualities of Prince Edward County. The winery specializes in low-intervention winemaking using grapes grown from their 63 acres of limestone-rich vineyards. They are known for high-quality chardonnay, pinot noir, and exceptional sparkling wines.

A delicious expression of County sparkling wine. Made with 100% vidal grapes, the bubbles are created using the Charmat method to preserve the wine’s bright, youthful fruit. Progression features smooth, persistent bubbles and fresh, vibrant acidity. This sparkling displays aromatics of white grapefruit and green apple peel with delicate floral notes which are repeated on the palette.

Served well chilled, Progression is perfect as an aperitif but also plays nicely as the main event.

Husband and wife duo Ilya and Nadia started Leaning Post winery in Niagara over 10 years ago. Initially a virtual set up, the winery now located on Highway 8, has become a reference producer in Niagara.

A blend of fruit from 4 different vineyards from the best appellations across Niagara, the 2021 Pinot Noir is the epitome of the Leaning Post style. This wine combines classic “P(inot)-funk” flavours of candy cane beet root, earth, leaves and dirt with stunning bing cherry and raspberry.  Made in a style that is slightly more approachable than our single-vineyard Pinots, it still shows incredible depth and complexity. The incredibly supple mouthfeel, medium body and balanced acidity frame exceptional flavour intensity, leading to a long, sweeping finish the ends on a decidedly mineral and crunchy note.

Pair this Pinot Noir with smoky glazed ham or easy lentil curry.

This wine will age for 4 to 5 years.  

Honeysuckle & Minerality

RR81 stands for 'Regional Road 81' - the road The Farm sits on, and a main artery through wine country. The RR81 approach to winemaking is simply fermented grapes with nothing added. One-off wines sourced from some of the best single vineyards in Niagara. These wines are made in the barn at The Farm with minimal intervention (just a few bins and an old basket press). The result equals some of the best, and most unique, wines coming out of Niagara.

Naturally fermented, unfined and unfiltered. The grapes were handpicked on October 5th, and fermented with whole cluster. It was then pressed into neutral French oak barrels and aged on primary lees. Only 4 barrels made.

Drinks like an early spring day, with swirling aromas of honeysuckle, sweet corn and fresh herbs intermingling in the sunshine. The nose is alluringly mineral, greeting you with an unapologetic ode to limestone.

Juicy & Spiced

Keint-He Winery & Vineyards is a boutique winery located in Prince Edward County. The winery has a strong focus on varietals that are typically grown in Burgundy, specifically Pinot Noir and Chardonnay; through which they truly express the best of the County with wonderful individual expressions. Keint-He’s approach to winemaking is as down-to-earth as it gets and their quality is second to none.

This Pinot Noir, crafted using whole cluster carbonic fermentation and unfiltered, presents a bouquet replete with candied cherry aromas. Aged for three months in neutral oak, the wine's mouthfeel is enriched without exhibiting any noticeable oak influences. The palate is characterized by a fresh and revitalizing profile, featuring ripe cherry flavours that dominate the senses.
