Château Les Paruades is located in Macau en Médoc, on the foothills of the Margaux appellation and on the edge of the Gironde. The estate covers an area of 3.5 hectares with Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc planted on clayey palus soil.  The vinification process follows the traditional methods of the Médoc, with total destemming and fermentation in stainless steel and concrete vats.

A blend of merlot, cabernet sauvignon and cabernet franc in Pomerol mimic, attractive and edgy when it wants or needs to be. Right Bank stylistic in any case, herbals and amaro welling through with liqueur consistency and fashion. Quite chic and notably concentrated, really credible, with brisk acidity and plenty of toughness keeping the wine safe, elongated and with portents of further potential. Quite a steal actually.

Rich & Bold

Kent Rasmussen has spent years searching for the best "vineyards farmed by really engaged farmers who value quality above all else".

For this wine, Kent selected fruit from several of California's finest appellations including Mendocino, Sonoma, Napa, Paso Robles and Lodi. This is a Cabernet Sauvignon-based blend with a 5% of Petit Syrah, and was aged for 12 months in 20% new French oak barrels.

With a deep purple-black colour, this Cabernet Sauvignon has a rich noise of cedar, mint and black fruit. Full-bodied and structured, the wine bursts with layers of blackberry, boysenberry and blueberry. The wine has nice intensity, highlighting rounded tannins and a spicy earth-laced finish.

This wine is the perfect partner for rich grilled meats, peppery sauces and dishes full of flavour!

Rich & Elegant

Château Tour de Gilet is located in Ludon-en-Médoc, just south of Margaux on the Bordeaux left-bank. Prestigious Grand Cru Classé estates, such as Château Cantemerle, scatter around this small village. Built on the foundation of an ancient abbey from the 12th century, Château Tour de Gilet has been well-known for its outstanding value.

This Bordeaux Supérieur is a Merlot-dominated blend with 30% Cabernet Sauvignon. The nose is intense and elegant, rich in black fruit, blackcurrant and blackberry, and a vibrant sweet spice aroma, completed with pastry and floral nuances. The palate is supple, generous and round, supported by fine and silky tannins, well-integrated oak and excellent balance.

This bold wine goes very well with roasted meats. Our favourite pairing? Delicious burgers with blue cheese!

Château Tour des Termes derives its name from an ancient tower on a plot known as "the Terms," believed to have served as a lighthouse during the Gallo-Roman era. However, the estate’s legacy is deeply rooted in the history of the Anney family, who have overseen the vineyard’s development for generations. Since 1979, Jean and Christophe Anney have modernized the estate through significant investments in infrastructure and vineyard management, earning Château Tour des Termes recognition as one of the top Crus Bourgeois. 

This classic wine boasts a magnificent nose filled with dark, brooding forest fruits, sweet spices, and smoky nuances. Exuding class and elegance, it presents ripe, focused fruit layered with cassis, blackberry, and raspberry, harmoniously intertwined with delicate floral notes. The Merlot adds a refreshing lift and softness, culminating in a pure, dark fruit character on the finish.

Pair this layered, tannic wine with hearty dishes like roast beef, lamb and game, as well as rich, creamy sauces.
