Bold & Earthy

Born and raised in the New World but influenced by his time in Bordeaux, this Columbia Valley Cab represents Nicholas’s story in a bottle - New World terroir meets old world "savoir faire".

Bold and full-bodied, with balance and complexity. Showing aromas of black and red fruits, toasted herbs, graphite and leather. A mouthful of ripe dark fruit consisting of blackberry and black currant combined with notes of spice and dark chocolate. A fruit-forward finish offering a balanced and integrated tannin structure. This Cab is a blend of two different vineyards, one in Wahluke Slope AVA; the other in Horse Heaven Hills AVA. 

Rue Naujac is the street Nicholas lived on while studying/working in France and Bordeaux is the country's 33rd department, both of which gave the inspiration for the name and lot #! He would always make reference to the "33" as a slang name for the city of Bordeaux (like THE6IX), always to the amusement of his French entourage.

Pair with BBQ meats, rich stews or steak.

Rich & Bold

Kent Rasmussen has spent years searching for the best "vineyards farmed by really engaged farmers who value quality above all else".

For this wine, Kent selected fruit from several of California's finest appellations including Mendocino, Sonoma, Napa, Paso Robles and Lodi. This is a Cabernet Sauvignon-based blend with a 5% of Petit Syrah, and was aged for 12 months in 20% new French oak barrels.

With a deep purple-black colour, this Cabernet Sauvignon has a rich noise of cedar, mint and black fruit. Full-bodied and structured, the wine bursts with layers of blackberry, boysenberry and blueberry. The wine has nice intensity, highlighting rounded tannins and a spicy earth-laced finish.

This wine is the perfect partner for rich grilled meats, peppery sauces and dishes full of flavour!

A true expression of Oregon Pinot Noir! A vibrant, complex nose opens with floral, stone fruit and berry aromas - rose petal, violet, pomegranate, plum cherry, raspberry, black currant, boysenberry - that deepen with spice and wood notes - cinnamon, white pepper, thyme, vanilla, cedar, sandalwood, chocolate. Gentle oak aging adds definition supporting a delicious, harmonious balance between tannin, acid and fruit.

A pretty, versatile wine that will pair neatly with many different proteins, from salmon to pork to duck to venison, as well as earthy, rustic vegetables, and bright-red to black fruits like cherry, cranberry, or plum.

Hyland Estates, a defining presence in Oregon winemaking since 1971, stands as a testament to the enduring legacy of the Willamette Valley. Nestled in red volcanic Jory soil near the Van Duzer Corridor, its 51-year-old, self-rooted vines remain untouched and steadfast, embodying a "land not hand" philosophy championed by owner and winemaker Laurent Montalieu. By allowing the vineyard to remain wild and untamed, each block, elevation, and growing season shines through in the wines, producing richly textured, concentrated expressions of the land. Every bottle from Hyland tells a unique story—sometimes shy, sometimes bold—capturing the spirit of the vineyard and the vision of a winemaker who honours its timeless character.

The Estate Pinot showcases a vibrant bouquet of red cherries, layered with spicy undertones, black tea, and fragrant herbal notes. The palate is equally dynamic, offering a blend of ripe blackcurrants, plum, and a touch of peppery spice. Fine-grained tannins provide structure, while a fresh mid-palate keeps it lively. A to Z Wineworks was started in 2002 by Oregon wine industry veterans: Deb Hatcher (Eyrie), Bill Hatcher (Domaine Drouhin Oregon), Sam Tannahill (Archery Summit) and Cheryl Francis (Chehalem).
