Winemaker and co-founder Rob Cameron has a colourful winemaking background – learning his craft in unique destinations such as Cyprus, Bulgaria and Hungary before moving on to France, Spain and Italy. For him, the Invivo range is all about taking some of the elegance from the old world and putting that style into amazing grapes, all the while offering wines that are fun and a bit unique.

The nose of this Pinot Gris is vibrant, brimming with ripe pears and subtle hints of candied citrus. The palate follows suit with flavours of crunchy peach and apricot, complemented by delicate white floral notes and a soft, silky texture. This style offers an elegant drinkability, with a well-balanced profile that leads into a clean, crisp finish.

An aromatic and versatile grape that pairs perfectly with many different dishes. As this style verges on off-dry, try this with a nice spicy curry to tame the heat!

Hans Herzog embodies a unique narrative as a genuine vigneron solely responsible for both winemaking and viticulture across numerous grape varieties within his 11.5-hectare vineyard. Herzog's estate stands as a true artisanal winery, where a holistic approach to farming isn't just a concept but a way of life. Every aspect of the winemaking process is meticulously overseen by Hans himself, supported by his equally passionate wife and collaborator, Therese. Together, they exemplify a relentless pursuit of quality and perfection in every bottle.

Exquisitely complex and tremendously concentrated, revealing a satin texture and compelling aromas of stone fruits and citrus zest underpinned by delicate florals and spices. The palate shows great depth of flavour along with a satisfyingly rounded feel imparted from the wine's delicate barrel maturation. Finely balanced acidity ensures great energy, promising at least a decade of aging potential. The long, concentrated and dry finish is marked by pristine minerality.

Keint-He Winery & Vineyards is a boutique winery located in Prince Edward County. The winery has a strong focus on varietals that are typically grown in Burgundy, specifically Pinot Noir and Chardonnay; through which they truly express the best of the County with wonderful individual expressions. Keint-He’s approach to winemaking is as down-to-earth as it gets and their quality is second to none.

This crushable summer-sipper is a blend of 43% Gewürztraminer, 43% Riesling and 14% Pinot Gris. The nose shows soft citrus, with a grapefruit focus. The palate is very clean with very approachable lemon and grapefruit flavours. It's an off-dry white, perfect to pair with aperitifs and spicy Thai cuisine.

Keint-He’s approach to winemaking is as down-to-earth as it gets and their quality is second to none.

This Riesling presents a classical aroma profile, characterized by notes of minerality and ripened pear. Upon tasting, the wine exhibits an off-dry style, balanced by a subtle sweetness that avoids cloyingness. The palate unfolds with flavours of ripe pear and peach, accompanied by a sweet, slightly granular texture that adds depth and complexity to the overall experience.

Creamy & Mineral

Husband and wife duo Ilya and Nadia started Leaning Post winery in Niagara over 10 years ago. Initially a virtual set up, the winery now located on Highway 8, has become a reference producer in Niagara.

The “Geekiness” continues to rise in this wine. An experiment in lees aging, this riesling ages 22 months on all the lees collected from all the white wine fermentations since vintage 2014.   Reductive notes of flint and mineral frame all the beautiful stone fruit and classic Riesling notes.   It has a wonderfully rich and creamy texture balanced by a distinct freshness. It is practically immortal and should age beautifully for the next decade and well beyond.

Zesty & Mineral

Husband and wife duo Ilya and Nadia started Leaning Post winery in Niagara over 10 years ago. Initially a virtual set up, the winery now located on Highway 8, has become a reference producer in Niagara. 

The 2019 Riesling is the epitome of what makes bench Riesling great. The nose explodes with beautiful lemon-rind, lime-leaf, nectarine, nutmeg, and honeysuckle aromas. Those flavours continue on the palate while adding green apple, honeycomb, cumin, white lilac and the distinctive chalky minerality of the Twenty Mile Bench. There is unusual weight and texture here, with a mouth-filling sensation that is not very common in Riesling. As the wine sweeps across the palate towards the finish, a bright green leafiness and flinty/gravelly appear in waves, leading to an amazing, crunchy finish. The wine will age well for the next decade.

Rieslings are great to pair with spicy Indian and Asian cuisines and do excellently alongside duck, pork, bacon, shrimp and crab.
