This mixed case includes:
1 bottle x Réva Grey Langhe Bianco 2022. This wine is made from Sauvignon Blanc (50%) and Sauvignon Gris (50%) planted on soils with lequio formation clay and limestone, with marl and fossiliferous sandstone, a mix locally known as “elveziano”. After the harvest, which takes place very early in the morning, the grapes stay on the skins for about 8 hours. On the nose, Réva Grey has flinty notes that intermingle with hints of passionfruit, citrus and sage. On the palate is it bold, lively and fresh, with a crisp acidity.
Pairing suggestion: Pair this wine with seafood pasta, pesto or grilled vegetables.
2 bottles x Réva Dolcetto d'Alba DOC 2023. Coming from a 0,6 ha vineyard in San Sebastiano, Monforte d'Alba, this Dolcetto macerated on the skins for 15 days while fermenting spontaneously. The wine aged for six months in stainless steel tanks before being bottled. The wine is fresh, with intriguing scents of almond and red cherry, pepper and lavender. A great balance of acidity and tannins in the mouth makes it an unmistakeable, highly pleasurable wine.
1 bottle x Réva Nebbiolo d'Alba DOC 2021. This wine is made from grapes cultivated in San Sebastiano in Monforte d'Alba, on clay and limestone soils. The grapes macerate and ferment spontaneously in stainless steel tanks for 17 days. The ageing takes place in Austrian oak barrels for 12 months. Nebbiolo is a light grape, but with a strong character. It's subtle yet bold, silky yet complex! You'll find aromas of fig paste, cherry jam, peony and pomegranate. On the palate the wine is slightly chewy but vibrant and has a dry-yet-fruity character with notes of red apple, plum, tar, and a tobacco finish with grippy tannins and a kiss of oak.
Pairing suggestion: Enjoy this Nebbiolo with risotto, all kinds of pasta, pizza... And have fun pairing it with Asian food and spiced dishes!
1 bottle x Réva Barbera d'Alba Superiore DOC 2021. The grapes of Barbera grow in Monforte d'Alba, San Sebastiano Novello and the special single vineyard of Ravera, on clay and sandy soils. The grapes macerate on the skins for 30 days and, after pressing, the wine ages for 12 months in tonneaux and barriques. On the nose, this wine shows outstanding character with hints of red berries, juicy fruits and vanilla from time spent in barrel. Full and persistent flavours of cherries and wild blueberries on the palate with hints of spice and a medium long finish.
Pairing suggestion: This Barbera d'Alba is very versatile, it is a real food-wine. Have fun pairing it with spiced dishes and savoury meats: grilled pork, braised lamb dishes, spaghetti and meatballs; or risotto with mushrooms!
1 bottle x Réva Barolo DOCG 2020. The grapes for this Barolo come from carefully selected vineyards in Monforte d'Alba, Novello, Serralunga d'Alba and Grinzane Cavour. Fermented spontaneously on the skins for 35 days, it has been aged in oak barrels for 24 months. A limited series of only 4,500 bottles, this Barolo delivers aromas of sage, rose petals, red-skinned berry and a delicate hint of tobacco. The palate is full, deep and juicy, with peppery notes of Morello cherry and clove, and delicate tannins.
