From the signature sea breezes of McLaren Vale and the Fleurieu Peninsula to the hidden gem of Kuitpo Forest and the cool charms of the Adelaide Hills, Monterra produces wines that beautifully reflect these unique regions. By working closely in their estate vineyards and with long-term growers tending to small parcels of family-farmed fruit, Monterra ensures that the natural conditions of each environment are celebrated, resulting in the finest expression of terroir every vintage.

Full-bodied and deliciously mouth-filling, this wine offers heaps of aromas and flavour that come together in a rich and juicy style. It features inviting scents of black cherries and blueberries, with hints of jam and a touch of sweet spices on the nose. The softly integrated tannins enhance the mid-palate flavours of blackberry pie and milk chocolate, lingering beautifully and leaving a lasting impression after every sip.

This will pair well with grilled or roast beef served rare or with a pepper sauce. It's also an excellent match with barbecued ribs, sausages, smoked brisket, or grilled vegetables. As the weather cools, it shines alongside hearty stews and chilis.

Wonderfully fruited and composed, showing dark fruit intensity, assorted nut, mixed spice and floral characters on the nose with a hint of cocoa complexity. It's plump and flavoursome in the mouth, offering terrific fruit weight and richly textured mouthfeel, leading to a splendidly long, satisfying finish. At its best: now to 2035.

Established in 1930, Domaine Tour Saint Michel has remained a cherished family property since the very beginning. Founded by Michel Fabre, who acquired the original vines still in use today, the legacy was passed to his son, Henri. Together with his wife, Eliane, they cultivated and expanded the estate over the years. Presently, the Domaine encompasses 44 hectares, including 30 hectares in the prestigious Châteauneuf-du-Pape appellation. Since 2007, Mireille has overseen the vineyards, honouring familial traditions while embracing a modern approach. She is joined by her daughter, Magali, in upholding the tradition of excellence into the future.

Made from select lieux-dits, this Châteauneuf projects aromas of rich black cherries and preserves with subtle hints of dried tea leaves and savoury accents. Full-bodied and structured, it showcases ripe tannins and mature fruit flavours seamlessly integrated with whiffs of cracked pepper and traces of garrigue. Adding depth to the wine's classic charm is a lingering impression of licorice on the finish.

Great with hearty dishes like a 7-hour slow roasted leg of lamb, lamb tagine, or prime rib.

Notes of sun-drenched black cherry and strawberry preserves are sonorous in this fruit-forward, piercing blend of 90% Grenache and 10% Syrah. It highlights all of Grenache's red-fruited delights and soft, pillowy tannins along with a twist of Syrah's peppery, brambly spice. Delightful young, it should maintain peak through 2030 at least.
