A to Z Wineworks was started in 2002 by Oregon wine industry veterans: Deb Hatcher (Eyrie), Bill Hatcher (Domaine Drouhin Oregon), Sam Tannahill (Archery Summit) and Cheryl Francis (Chehalem). I'm not sure what grape varieties were used to make this, but Sangiovese may be involved. Regardless, it is a pink wine for those looking for a creamier texture and softer acidity. It is packed with aromas and flavours of peach pie, quince and strawberry lemonade. It's great with grilled brats
