Hand selected from our favourite barrels of PEC grown Cabernet Franc and Merlot, this is a cool-climate red specifically crafted for character, depth, and aging potential. The result is a something greater than the sum of its parts. A mix of brambleberry, baking spices, vanilla, and cocoa jump from the glass while the intensity of the fruit, structure, and pure deliciousness will leave a lasting impression.
