Working closely in their estate vineyards and with long term growers, they grow grapes that rejoice in the natural conditions of their environs to be the finest example of every vintage.
Classic blackcurrant cassis along with sweet baking spices layered overtop notes of ripe cherries and soft hints of vanilla on the nose and palate. Showing solid weight on the palate and silky tannins with integrated complex flavours lingering into the finish.
Cab is king along side red meat so try with braised beef short ribs or a juicy tenderloin steak.
