Winemaker and co-founder Rob Cameron has a colourful winemaking background – learning his craft in unique destinations such as Cyprus, Bulgaria and Hungary before moving on to France, Spain and Italy. For him, the Invivo range is all about taking some of the elegance from the old world and putting that style into amazing grapes, all the while offering wines that are fun and a bit unique.

The nose of this Pinot Gris is vibrant, brimming with ripe pears and subtle hints of candied citrus. The palate follows suit with flavours of crunchy peach and apricot, complemented by delicate white floral notes and a soft, silky texture. This style offers an elegant drinkability, with a well-balanced profile that leads into a clean, crisp finish.

An aromatic and versatile grape that pairs perfectly with many different dishes. As this style verges on off-dry, try this with a nice spicy curry to tame the heat!

Bold & Earthy

Unlike many winemakers, Frédéric Brouca is largely self-taught and took no formal courses on viticulture or winemaking.  His concept of growing grapes and winemaking focuses on reducing human intervention in the processes, and making it as natural as possible.

Frédéric makes a extremely small amount of red, sweet Vermouth from Grenache, Carignan and Terret Blanc at this winery in Faugères, South of France.

He makes it classically by adding neutral spirits produced from his own 1933 Cognac Still. On the side he macerates local botanicals; thyme, rosemary, lavender, rose petals and add some Moroccan Orange peels, local honey and 20% of the microscopic production is aged in barrels outside in the sun for 3 weeks or so to develop some oxidative complexities.

Floral and fresh, this vermouth is perfect to enjoy on its own with just an ice cube and a small bit of the best orange rind you can find.

Rich & Spicy

This cuvée is from an isolated walled vineyard in the 'Sauveplane' lieu-dit, a plateau at the eastern limit of the Faugères appellation. It's made from twenty year old Mourvèdre vines and forty year old Syrah vines with both grapes co-fermented and aged for thirteen months in oak. A very natural beauty, the nose is loaded with black pepper, blue fruits and wild gamey notes. If you're a fan of dark yet elegant natural reds with finesse and charm, this wine over delivers.

We recommend pairing it with bold meals: think French bistrot-inspired dishes, such as lentils, black pepper linguini with sausage and dandelion, or even a classic chicken satay!

At the southerly point of Africa along the Cape South Coast, Elgin stands out as the coolest region for wine production. Situated 450 meters above sea level on the southern ridge overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, lies Iona vineyards, surrounded by the UNESCO-certified Kogelberg Biosphere. Here, a unique microclimate is shaped by the close proximity to the freezing Atlantic Ocean and rapid altitude rise. Misty clouds shield the vineyards from intense sun exposure, filtering the sunlight to promote slow ripening. This results in grapes with perfect acidity, moderate alcohol, and beautifully developed flavours.

Iona's vineyards are meticulously tended by hand using organic and biodynamic methods, prioritizing soil health and integrated pest management. This philosophy extends to their cellar practices, where minimal intervention is required thanks to the exceptional quality of their fruit.

Stylish and Burgundian with bright citrus, white stone fruit, oyster shell minerality and a hint of brioche. The purity of fruit combined with well-judged oak and bright fresh acidity result in a wine that is layered and complex with a lingering finish.

A great match with seafood based dishes - serve alongside Sea Bass with Beurre Blanc or seared scallops. 

Floral & Spicy

Cantina Barbera is located in Menfi, on the west coast of Sicily. The vineyards are about one mile from the Mediterranean Sea: an uncontaminated deep blue sea, facing South, where low cliffs and sandy dunes create a beautiful environment protected by the Belice River Natural Reservation Fund.

This wine is 100% Frappato, and while Menfi is located outside the historical area where Frappato is traditionally planted, it shares many fundamental characteristics with that terroir: southern exposure, outstanding saline soils lying on compact clays. FuoriZona is a mouthwatering wine with a light ruby
color, soft tannins, a distinct acidity and a graceful body. It smells of cherries, mint, violet and red roses, and has a mouth of pink pepper, blood orange and pomegranate.

Try FuoriZona with tuna, seafood soups, or couscous and grilled vegetables.

A breakout star in the Etna DOC of Sicily, Tornatore has become one of the region's largest and most respected wineries. Established back in 1865, the estate continues to be run by the same family who have acted as the faithful custodians of the land for generations. Tending to high altitude vineyards on the north side of the active volcano, the conditions are ideal for indigenous grape varieties to thrive. The wines are distinctive bottlings which encapsulate the essence of Mount Etna and effortlessly reveal the unique characteristics that make the region one to watch.

Connoisseurs of Etna wines recognize Contrada Calderara as a top cru, known for its unique soil of black pumice and basalt from ancient lava flows. Covered with large heat-retaining stones, this area, aptly named Calderara (or caldron), releases stored heat during cool nights, allowing the grapes to capture the soil's minerality, resulting in transparent and vibrant wines.

Intense aromas of morello cherry, pomegranate, and wild blackberry meld with subtle hints of baked earth and scrubland undergrowth on the nose. The palate reveals striking balance, alternating between firm tannins and sweet, red fruits that integrate perfectly with the oak. The mineral nuances of lava stone and saline quality that linger on the nose assert themselves boldly alongside the ripe fruit flavours. This wine displays great structure and promises longevity.

Honeysuckle & Minerality

RR81 stands for 'Regional Road 81' - the road The Farm sits on, and a main artery through wine country. The RR81 approach to winemaking is simply fermented grapes with nothing added. One-off wines sourced from some of the best single vineyards in Niagara. These wines are made in the barn at The Farm with minimal intervention (just a few bins and an old basket press). The result equals some of the best, and most unique, wines coming out of Niagara.

Naturally fermented, unfined and unfiltered. The grapes were handpicked on October 5th, and fermented with whole cluster. It was then pressed into neutral French oak barrels and aged on primary lees. Only 4 barrels made.

Drinks like an early spring day, with swirling aromas of honeysuckle, sweet corn and fresh herbs intermingling in the sunshine. The nose is alluringly mineral, greeting you with an unapologetic ode to limestone.

Soft & Citrusy

RR81 stands for 'Regional Road 81' - the road The Farm sits on, and a main artery through wine country. The RR81 approach to winemaking is simply fermented grapes with nothing added. One-off wines sourced from some of the best single vineyards in Niagara. These wines are made in the barn at The Farm with minimal intervention (just a few bins and an old basket press). Naturally fermented, unfined and unfiltered. The grapes were handpicked on September 9th, and cold soaked with whole berries for five days before fermentation. Pressed into neutral French oak barrels, and aged on primary lees. Only 2 barrels made.

Soft and dreamy as midsummer twilight. Juicy nectarine, poached yellow plum, and a touch of crackling caramel. Subdued but deeply meaningful, like a poem you don't realize changed your life until a few days later.

One of Lighthall's most aromatic wines, this off-dry Riesling is bursting with kiwi, starfruit, nectarine, and a lovely bouquet of white flowers. The classic Jolly-Rancher and crisp green apple punch follows through on the palate with vivacious acidity. Pairs
excellently with spicy south-Asian cuisine, curries, and tacos.

With the little touch of residual sugar in the wine, it makes a great match for foods
with a bit of heat. Spicy curries, Guaitiao (Thai noodle soup), Shrimp with noodles,
or Chicken Masala with mango chutney for example. Leaner white fish like bass,
pickerel, red snapper served with a fresh salad of greens with citrus segments makes a

The “Geekiness” continues to rise in this wine. An experiment in lees aging, this riesling ages 22 months on all the lees collected from all the white wine fermentations since vintage 2014.   Reductive notes of flint and mineral frame all the beautiful stone fruit and classic Riesling notes.   It has a wonderfully rich and creamy texture balanced by a distinct freshness. It is practically immortal and should age beautifully for the next decade and well beyond.

Creamy & Mineral

Husband and wife duo Ilya and Nadia started Leaning Post winery in Niagara over 10 years ago. Initially a virtual set up, the winery now located on Highway 8, has become a reference producer in Niagara.

Hand-picked and hand-sorted on September 15th, the grapes were gently whole-cluster pressed, and allowed to settle in tanks for several days prior to fermentation. The juice of Clone 96 was racked into barrels (2 puncheons; 2 barriques) for spontaneous alcoholic and malolactic fermentation, then aged in barrel for 18 months. After skillfully selecting the best barrel combination to highlight the unique characteristics of the clone, the 2020 Clone 96 Chardonnay was allowed to naturally settle before being bottled in June 2022.

This wine has incredible depth on the nose the evolves slowly, keeping interest as it unfolds. Tropical fruits like pineapple and mango lead to toasted almond and a sprinkle of sea salt.The palate has a rich and creamy texture followed by a delightful saline quality, the perfect balance of richness and brightness. The wet stone/mineral base is wrapped with lime zest and lemon curd with backing flavours of vanilla, cardamom, and cinnamon.The finish just goes on and on showing why this is a truly outstanding example of Senchuk Vineyard!

Zesty & Mineral

Husband and wife duo Ilya and Nadia started Leaning Post winery in Niagara over 10 years ago. Initially a virtual set up, the winery now located on Highway 8, has become a reference producer in Niagara. 

The 2019 Riesling is the epitome of what makes bench Riesling great. The nose explodes with beautiful lemon-rind, lime-leaf, nectarine, nutmeg, and honeysuckle aromas. Those flavours continue on the palate while adding green apple, honeycomb, cumin, white lilac and the distinctive chalky minerality of the Twenty Mile Bench. There is unusual weight and texture here, with a mouth-filling sensation that is not very common in Riesling. As the wine sweeps across the palate towards the finish, a bright green leafiness and flinty/gravelly appear in waves, leading to an amazing, crunchy finish. The wine will age well for the next decade.

Rieslings are great to pair with spicy Indian and Asian cuisines and do excellently alongside duck, pork, bacon, shrimp and crab.
