I'm not sure what grape varieties were used to make this, but Sangiovese may be involved. Regardless, it is a pink wine for those looking for a creamier texture and softer acidity. It is packed with aromas and flavours of peach pie, quince and strawberry lemonade. It's great with grilled brats
