Working closely in their estate vineyards and with long term growers, they grow grapes that rejoice in the natural conditions of their environs to be the finest example of every vintage.
Elegant straw in colour, with aromas of white peach, green apple, pear and subtle hints of wet stone. Fine fruits drive the palate with a creamy mouthfeel creating extra harmony, before complex brioche-like complexity and crunchy acidity.
Pair this wine with shellfish, calamari or chicken dijon, or go vegetarian with an asparagus and bok choy frittata!
