RR81 stands for 'Regional Road 81' - the road The Farm sits on, and a main artery through wine country. The RR81 approach to winemaking is simply fermented grapes with nothing added. One-off wines sourced from some of the best single vineyards in Niagara. These wines are made in the barn at The Farm with minimal intervention (just a few bins and an old basket press). The result equals some of the best, and most unique, wines coming out of Niagara.

Naturally fermented, unfined and unfiltered. The grapes were handpicked on October 5th, and fermented with whole cluster. It was then pressed into neutral French oak barrels and aged on primary lees. Only 4 barrels made.

Drinks like an early spring day, with swirling aromas of honeysuckle, sweet corn and fresh herbs intermingling in the sunshine. The nose is alluringly mineral, greeting you with an unapologetic ode to limestone.

Lighthall Vineyards is a small, proud, low volume and high quality winery located in enchanting Prince Edward County, Ontario, Canada. This latest iteration of Lighthall's still rosé made with merlot grapes grown in Prince Edward County presents a captivating bouquet that expertly captures the essence of summer. The aromas of pomelo, pink grapefruit, and red bell pepper harmonize in a symphony of freshness, tantalizing the senses and inviting the palate to indulge. Upon sipping, the flavours unfold with a crisp, rounded quality, reminiscent of a crunchy red delicious apple. This refreshing rosé is sure to complement a variety of warm-weather occasions, from poolside gatherings to al fresco meals and summer salads.

Juicy & Spiced

Keint-He Winery & Vineyards is a boutique winery located in Prince Edward County. The winery has a strong focus on varietals that are typically grown in Burgundy, specifically Pinot Noir and Chardonnay; through which they truly express the best of the County with wonderful individual expressions. Keint-He’s approach to winemaking is as down-to-earth as it gets and their quality is second to none.

This Pinot Noir, crafted using whole cluster carbonic fermentation and unfiltered, presents a bouquet replete with candied cherry aromas. Aged for three months in neutral oak, the wine's mouthfeel is enriched without exhibiting any noticeable oak influences. The palate is characterized by a fresh and revitalizing profile, featuring ripe cherry flavours that dominate the senses.

The Kloof Street range is all about freshness, balance and great drinkability. This wine has notes of sun ripened pears and wet granite. The palate has a vibrant acidity balanced by a soft, round texture and some pithy character. The wine has a fresh, mineral finish.

We recommend to pair this zesty wine with ceviche-style dishes. Pasta al pesto is another terrific pairing option!
